    • All fees paid for services related to DOT and MC setup are non-refundable once the application process has begun.


    • Refunds may be considered if a request is made before any work has been initiated.


    2. Eligibility for Refunds


    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the initial payment.


    • Refunds will not be granted for delays caused by third-party entities such as the FMCSA, state agencies, or other regulatory bodies.


    3. Processing Fees


    • Any approved refund will be subject to a processing fee to cover administrative costs.


    4. No Refunds for Completed Services


    • Once services have been rendered, including document submissions, consultations, and compliance assistance, no refunds will be issued.


    5. Cancellations


    • Clients who wish to cancel their service must notify us promptly. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the progress of the service.


    6. Refund Processing Time


    • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
